Communication. Are you effective, clear and able to get your point across?
Intellectual competence, including schoolwork and general problem solving skills.

Our interviewing style is behavioral. Our questions require you to provide real-life examples of what you have done in specific situations in the past. For example, we may ask you to describe a high-pressure situation you have been in, and the steps you took to work through it. This will give you the chance to demonstrate the qualities noted above. Qualities that are important for success in a given position.

Remember, prepare and relax. You know you’re top-notch, so show it.
